I was given the opportunity to develope the overall visual identity and promotional artwork for Final Destination: Death's Playground, a horror-themed maze experience created through a collaboration between Six Flags and Warner Bros. for the fall season.
Drawing inspiration from the iconic Final Destination film franchise, I created a dark, cinematic design that captures the suspense, danger, and unpredictability associated with the films. The central artwork features a weathered skull intertwined with a twisting roller coaster track, symbolizing the collision of death and thrill rides. Through detailed photo compositing, atmospheric lighting, dramatic textures, and bold typography, I established a distinctive visual identity that connected the film franchise with the Six Flags experience.
The creative was extended across multiple digital advertising formats, including display banners, skyscrapers, and social media graphics. Each adaptation maintained the visual impact of the original artwork while ensuring brand consistency, legibility, and effective messaging across various placements.
The result was a cohesive, high-impact promotional campaign designed to build anticipation and introduce guests to an immersive Halloween attraction where thrills and terror collide.
